Our partner of DION, the World Sabbath, is again planning a wonderful afternoon event on, Sunday, March 11th, 2018. Please save the date and join us. Also, please let others in your family, community, organization, religious site know about this and invite them to attend!
We would also like as many clergy to attend and march in the procession, as well as recite the Resiliency Pledge at the end. It is about a 3 hour commitment - from 3pm to 6pm, especially if you stay for the social hour following the program. There are hundreds of people who attend and it is so important for us to stand together in these difficult times.
We would like children from your organization, family, church, etc, to make flags showing their vision of a peaceful world and bring these to the program. I can get you the materials if you let me know soon.
Also the kids are asked to sing a song at the end called " We Are The Children of Peace" The words and melody can be found on the World Sabbath website, plus there are Cd's if you need.
